My Approach

Whether it is anxiety, depression, grief, or past trauma that is eating at you, through a collaborative, person-centered and holistic approach, we'll identify goals and utilize cognitive-behavioral strategies and mindfulness techniques, as well as develop a toolbox of coping skills you can leave the office with, so you can reach for them in times of need.
